Required Columns:

• Datum/Date: Date of forecast (e.g., 2024-07-01)
• Res Zim./Reserved Rooms: Number of booked rooms
• Abr Zim./Departure Rooms: Number of check-out rooms
• Ank Zim./Arrival Rooms: Number of check-in rooms

Calculated Fields:

The following fields are automatically calculated:

• Stay-over Rooms: Reserved rooms - Departure rooms
• Free Rooms: Hotel total rooms - Reserved rooms
• Occupancy Rate: Reserved rooms / Hotel total rooms

Processing Notes:

• Dates can be in various formats (YYYY-MM-DD preferred)
• German column names (Res Zim., Abr Zim., Ank Zim.) are automatically recognized
• Empty rows and headers are automatically detected and skipped
• All room counts must be non-negative integers
